Former Israeli safety leaders ask Trump to stress Netanyahu | DW News

More than 550 former Israeli military, intelligence, police and diplomatic officials have sent what they describe as a "red alert" to US President Donald Trump. They warn that escalating settler violence in the occupied West Bank threatens regional stability and accuse the Israeli government of enabling it. The signatories are urging Trump to pressure Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to act against what they call "Jewish settler terror activity."
