Two weeks after LeBron James announced he’s leaving the Los Angeles Lakers following eight seasons, he shared his thoughts on where he plans to go next and his goals for his career in the NBA. Speaking at the Fanatics Fest NYC July 16, James said he’s going to "wind down the final stages of my journey" after 23 years in the NBA. And no matter where he ends up, the 41-year-old hopes his fans—and his doubters—will join him in this next chapter. "Wherever I land in the fall, hopefully, if you’re a ride or die LeBron fan, if you’ve been down with me since day one, I hope you ride with me there," James shared.
