Donald Trump says the US will give Ukraine the license to produce Patriot missiles in the country. Its something Ukraine has wanted for some time. The Patriot missile system is invaluable in shooting down Russian ballistic missiles that rain down on Ukrainian cities. But questions remain. Will this license indeed be given? How soon before Ukraine can start producing Patriots? And how long before they’ll be a gamechanger in the war? Alex Forrest Whiting asks Military analyst Gustav Gressel.
