Chinese President Xi Jinping is in North Korea as Beijing moves to counter Pyongyang’s growing ties with Moscow. With North Korean troops now fighting in Russia’s war in Ukraine, China is looking to reassert its influence. Korea analyst Victor Cha joins us with analysis.
