Kate Winslet detailed why she needed "proper help" after starring as Mare Sheehan in the HBO crime drama ‘Mare of Easttown,’ saying she "went a bit mad" after playing the role. She explained during the Jan. 25 episode of ‘Lessons From Our Mothers’ podcast, “When you play a really difficult part, you do have to kind of come out the other side. I call it re-entry. Re-entry into your own life, going back into your friendships, reintegrating into the rhythm of family again.” However because COVID doubled the filming schedule, Kate admitted the process was a lot harder than usual.
