After thousands took to the streets in France to protest over the death of an 11-year-old girl, the country’s justice minister has ordered a review of 70,000 allegations of violence against minors.

Protesters say adults accused of sexually abusing children are walking free and that complaints move too slowly. Denis Loctier reports for #EuropeToday.
