Anya Taylor-Joy revealed why Drew Starkey was her first–and only–choice to play Cary in their new project, Lucky. During an interview with E! News, the actress shared that after watching Drew’s performance in Queer, she immediately knew he was the perfect fit for the role in Apple TV’s new series. Taylor-Joy recalled stopping the movie just minutes in and calling the production team to insist that “only” he could play Cary. Luckily, Starkey was just as eager to join the project.
