More than 10 days after devastating earthquakes hit Venezuela, frustration is rising in the country over the government’s relief response. Venezuela’s Acting President Delcy Rodriguez has rejected allegations that her government reacted too slowly. DW’s Anthony Howard speaks to a Venezuelan journalist Noris Soto who says that people there feel ‘frustrated’ and ‘abandoned’ and that the government and the military did not do enough to help people on time.
