Secretary of State Marco Rubio has told Gulf allies the US wants a deal with Iran, but not at any price. Countries like the UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait came under Iranian attack during the US-Israeli war, and now they fear the peace deal being negotiated won’t protect their interests.
