Ukraine hits Russia’s largest refinery in one in every of its deepest strikes but | DW News

Ukrainian drones struck Russia’s biggest oil refinery in Omsk, in southwestern Siberia. It was one of the furthest Ukrainian strikes since the beginning of the war. DW’s Anthony Howard spoke to Brian Whitmore, a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council, to find out where the war is heading and whether there is anywhere in Russia that is now safe from Ukrainian attacks.
