President Donald Trump says negotiations with Iran are underway to end the conflict he launched with Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu nearly a month ago. Iranian leaders, however, have repeatedly denied any such negotiations. Critics argue that Trump’s claims are aimed at steadying the markets.
