Trump Once Told The Arnold Palmer Penis Story In An Even Weirder Setting: Book
Former President Donald Trump made headlines over the weekend when he brought up the size of Arnold Palmer’s genitals at a rally in the late golfer’s Pennsylvania hometown. According to a book by New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman, it wasn’t the first time.
In Haberman’s 2022 book about the Republican nominee, “Confidence Man,” the journalist reported that Trump once spoke to White House guests about Palmer’s privates before a different rally in Latrobe.
“There were the countless stories attesting to Trump’s prurience, indulging in gossip and obsessing over others’ looks,” the paperback introduction of the book reads, according to The Independent. “In one of the most memorable, as he prepared for a trip to Latrobe, Pennsylvania, for a rally in late 2020, Trump recounted for Oval Office guests the time he had seen hometown golf legend Arnold Palmer disrobed at the Latrobe Country Club, and the size of his genitalia.”
On Saturday, Trump spoke for more than 10 minutes to a Latrobe rally audience about Palmer, who died in 2016.

“Arnold Palmer was all man, and I say that in all due respect to women,” he said.
“When he took the showers with other pros, they came out of there. They said, ‘Oh my God. That’s unbelievable,’” he added. “I had to say. We have women that are highly sophisticated here, but they used to look at Arnold as a man.”
Palmer’s daughter Peg Palmer Wears has since weighed in on the incident, saying she wasn’t upset but it was a “poor choice of approaches to remembering my father.”
She revealed in a 2018 interview that her father, a staunch conservative, was “appalled by Trump’s lack of civility and what he began to see as Trump’s lack of character” during his 2016 presidential campaign.
