‘Timmy’ the whale confirmed lifeless, noticed off Danish island | DW News

A dead humpback whale was spotted floating near a Danish island. Denmark’s environmental agency says it is Timmy, the humpback recently rescued after multiple strandings in German waters. A tracking device identified it as the same whale which was released in the North Sea in early May after a privately funded rescue mission.
