Speedboat capturing incident: Cuba says Florida-registered boat was making an attempt to ‘infiltrate’ nation

The Cuban government says its coastguard has foiled a group of gunmen trying to infiltrate the island for terrorist purposes. Border troops killed four people on board a speedboat registered in Florida, after its occupants allegedly opened fire on the soldiers. Cuban officials say the boat passengers were Cubans living in America. The US Secretary of State Marco Rubio says it was not an American operation.
