South Korea’s parliament votes to question appearing president Han Duck-soo | DW News
South Korean lawmakers have voted to impeach their acting president Han Duck-Su. He’s the second president to be impeached in just two weeks. The opposition accused Han of obstructing due process after his predecessor Yoon Suk Yeol was impeached before Christmas for briefly declaring martial law. Both former presidents will now face a ruling by the constitutional court which will decide if the impeachments can be upheld.
