Sen. Shaheen: Graham Never Raised Concerns on Iran Sanctions
President Trump posted on Truth Social that Republicans should add Iran to the Russian sanctions bill, saying that it’s what the late Senator Lindsey Graham wanted to do. While on Bloomberg This Weekend, Senator Jeanne Shaheen told hosts David Gura and Christina Ruffini that Graham never raised concerns about adding Iran to the sanctions bill. The Senator, who is the ranking member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and Co-Chair of the bipartisan NATO Observer Group, also addressed the recent Iranian strikes in Jordan that resulted in the deaths of two US service members.
