Savannah Guthrie Returns to Today Show After Sudden Exit | E! News
‘Today’ co-host Savannah Guthrie was back on the NBC morning show May 7 after abruptly leaving during the May 6 episode. About 90 minutes into the May 6 newscast, co-anchor Craig Melvin told viewers, " Savannah had to leave a little early. She’ll be right back tomorrow, though.” Savannah—who shares kids Vale, 11, and Charley, 9, with husband Michael Feldman—was back on set the following day, but did not share a reason for her absence. The journalist took a leave of absence from Today following the disappearance of her mom Nancy Guthrie, to help in the search for the 84-year-old, who police believe was taken by a masked individual captured on a security camera.
