Meet the director of the Oscar-winning movie “FLOW”
FLOW, a Latvian, French and Belgian co-production, was up for two Academy Awards this year, winning in the Best Animated Feature category.
It tells the story of a cat and several other animals trying to survive in a post-apocalyptic world.
The film is also one of several nominated for this year’s LUX Audience Award, a prize presented every year by the European Parliament to celebrate European cinema.
The award strengthens ties between politics and citizens, by inviting European audiences to become active protagonists and cast their vote.
Watch FLOW now – along with the other films nominated – and rate them on the official LUX Award website: https://lux-award.europarl.europa.eu/en
Submit your rating before April and be in with a chance to win a range of exciting prizes, including a trip to the European Parliament to attend the LUX Award Ceremony in April 2025 and meet directors and film crews of the nominees.
