Kendra Duggar’s Parents to Be Deposed in Joseph Duggar Assault Case | E! News

Ahead of Joseph Duggar’s next court date in his child molestation case, his wife Kendra Duggar’s parents Paul Caldwell and Christina Caldwell are scheduled to be interviewed by the defense. According to a court notice filed July 17 and obtained by E! News July 23, the couple is set to be deposed Sept. 14 alongside two investigators. The depositions are scheduled one day before a pretrial hearing in the Florida case. Joseph has pleaded not guilty to two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior involving a child under 12. He and Kendra have also pleaded not guilty to child endangerment and false imprisonment charges in a separate Arkansas case.
