Joe Rogan Frets Over ‘Spooky’ Aspect Of Trump That Can’t Be Reversed
Joe Rogan suggested President Donald Trump’s advanced age will compel him to make decisions based on the fact that “he doesn’t have much to lose” because “death is imminent.” (Watch the video below.)
On his podcast Wednesday, Rogan waxed macabre about the man he endorsed for president. He expressed fear that Trump turning 80 in a few months could actually be a “scary thing.”
Guest Francis Foster had commented that former Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro ― whom U.S. forces removed from the country to stand trial in the United States ― did not have the infrastructure and military, unlike Iran, to challenge the U.S. Yet Maduro antagonized the administration, Foster added.
“Who looks at Trump and goes yeah, ‘Let’s fuck with that guy’?” fellow guest Konstantin Kisin asked.
Rogan interjected with a dark comment.
“Right, he’s 80, he doesn’t have much to lose,” the host said. “That’s the scary thing about old leaders. It’s like, death is imminent. It’s within a decade, if you’re lucky. That’s spooky.”
Trump celebrates his 80th birthday on June 14 and by the end of his second term, he will be 82 years and 7 months, the oldest president ever.
“You’re making decisions for babies and children and the future of the world, and you’ve only got maybe 10 years left on earth if everything goes great,” Rogan continued.
The podcaster has recently taken issue with Trump’s decision to go to war against Iran, calling it “insane” and a breach of his “no more wars” campaign pledge.
Trump’s cognitive abilities and well-being are often questioned. But Rogan’s disturbing comment on perhaps another effect of Trump’s aging is worth a listen. That portion begins at 2:12:10:
