Donald Trump says he’s sticking to his final deadline for Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. The US president is threatening to destroy Iranian power plants and bridges if the key waterway is not reopened by Tuesday evening. This comes as Tehran rejects the latest proposal for a temporary ceasefire, and calls instead for a ‘definitive’ end to the war.
