Hungary’s restrictions on LGBTQ+ content material break EU regulation, the bloc’s high courtroom guidelines | DW News
The European Court of Justice has ruled that Hungary’s restrictions on LGBTQ+ content violate the law and respect for human rights. Outgoing Prime Minister Victor Orban banned content that shows homosexuality or gender change for minors in 2021. Pride marches were also banned under Orban.
