Germany’s parliament has now officially been dissolved, paving the way for early elections in 2025. It follows the collapse of Olaf Scholz’s governing coalition last month. German President Frank-Walter announced his decision to move forward with a nationwide vote on February 23rd and highlighted the importance of political stability at a difficult time for the country.
