‘Georgia is a testing floor for Russia’s methods’ Georgia’s fifth President Zourabichvili

Salome Zourabichvili claims that she remains Georgia’s only legitimate president. She denounced the election of her successor, Mikheil Kavelashvili, who was backed by the pro-Russian ruling party, Georgian Dream, in December 2024. In an interview with DW, Zourabichvili spoke about the protests in Georgia, Russia’s influence, and the country’s European path.
