Former Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax allegedly shot and killed wife Cerina Fairfax, before turning the gun on himself in an apparent murder-suicide. The Fairfax County Police Department’s press conference April 16 revealed the estranged couple’s two teenage children were home at the time of the incident. Police chief Kevin Davis also shared that Justin and Cerina were navigating a contentious divorce before their deaths.
