Elle Fanning admitted she created an OnlyFans account to help step into her role in Apple TV’s Margo’s Got Money Troubles. “There were a lot of things,” Elle told ‘People’ in an interview published March 12. “Obviously, I am an Instagram user and a TikTok user. I got to look at that. Also, we had to dive into OnlyFans a little bit. We did create an account for the writer’s room, and for me, so I could check out how the website is.” As the titular character in the show—adapted from Rufi Thorphe’s 2024 book of the same name—she turns to the subscription-based platform known for hosting NSFW content to pay off her debt after she dropped out of college. However, her decision starts to affect her relationships with her loved ones, including parents Shayanne (played by Michelle Pfeiffer) and Jinx (Nick Offerman).
