Three days after news broke that the "Twisted" singer filed for divorce from the ‘Stripped Down’ author, Bunnie addressed the split for the first time, saying "it’s been hell" to keep the secret after their May 9 breakup. As she said on the June 18 episode of her ‘Dumb Blonde’ podcast, "I am so relieved that the f–king news is out, ’cause holy s–t." During the episode, she explained that the pair are still close and are even planning to have a baby together after embarking on an IVF journey years ago. "That’s my f–king best friend, dude. Like, I love him," she said. "And you guys are going to be shocked to hear this, but we’re still having a baby. We have been the most unconventional couple that you guys have ever encountered."
