Blake Lively is looking forward to her day in court. Despite a judge recently throwing out 10 out of 13 claims in her lawsuit against Justin Baldoni, the actress said she’s still "grateful" to have the remainder of her complaint—accusing her ‘It Ends With Us’ director and his associates of aiding and abetting as well as retaliation breach of contract—move on to a jury trial next month. "The last thing I wanted in my life was a lawsuit," Lively shared in an April 3 statement posted on her Instagram Story, "but I brought this case because of the pervasive RETALIATION I faced, and continue to, for privately and professionally asking for a safe working environment for myself and others." She continued, "I hope the Court’s decision shows others that, as unfathomably painful as it is, you can speak up."
