Benefits of the EU’s digital transition: meet Heigo and Zagorka

Bridging the digital divide, investing in analysis and innovation… Across the EU folks from all walks of life are collaborating within the digital transition.

Heigo and his MindChip workforce in Estonia are creating autonomous ships and AI ‘captains’ with Tallinn and Tartu universities to assist collect marine knowledge. Zagorka volunteers at Simbioza, an organization bridging the digital divide in Slovenia, educating young and old to make use of digital instruments.

The European Parliament is ensuring everybody advantages from the digital transition within the EU, investing in initiatives starting from robotic analysis to digitising colleges, bringing instruments and information to everybody. Programmes just like the European Regional Development Fund, Horizon 2020 and Erasmus+ spend money on innovation and bringing areas ahead, collectively.
