Jakov Milatović, President of Montenegro, formally addresses MEPs in the European Parliament today.
Montenegro is a candidate country for EU membership. Accession negotiations with Montenegro started on 29 June 2012; on Wednesday MEPs will vote on a report assessing the country’s EU accession progress.
