Love Island USA did not make its winners Trinity Tatum and Bryce Detloff choose whether or not to split the $100,000 prize money during the July 13 finale. In previous seasons, the winning pair would draw envelopes containing either $0 or $100,000. The person who pulled the $100,000 card could either keep all the money or choose to split the cash with their partner in the final test of loyalty. But after seven seasons of couples opting to split the prize each time, Love Island USA chose to remove the money draw and instead divide the cash between Tatum and Detloff by default.
