Three months after the “Peso” rapper and “Live Your Life” singer went viral for having what many speculated to be a tense exchange following the 2026 Met Gala, he set the record straight, explaining what did—or did not—actually go down. “We was just talking,” A$AP shared on a Aug. 5 interview on The Jason Lee Show. “I don’t know what we was talking about, but we was talking.” The Grammy nominee reiterated that although he and Rihanna “have arguments” and “have disagreements,” that’s just a part of life.
