The black marks against Gianni Infantino’s name are only growing, and the latest is arguably the most serious. The head of the Jordanian Football Association has accused FIFA of blackmail. The alleged offer? Support for Infantino’s re-election in exchange for paying the national team their overdue reward for coming second in the Arab Cup.
