Katy Perry was briefly trapped in the middle of the crowd at Isle of MTV Malta after fans whisked her inflatable plastic water bottle too far: ”A little bit worried I was not gonna come back.” Indeed, the “Firework” singer was nearly the one that got away, as clips posted to social media showed her struggling to roll back toward the stage while crowd surfing in the prop. “Go back to the stage!” the 41-year-old was heard pleading in one video. “Oh my God!” Instead of taking her to a giant straw near the stage as she had intended, some excited festivalgoers had begun to carry her toward the back of the audience.
