Belarusian making an attempt to cross into Latvia “a war threat” – Latvian PM

"It’s a war threat. They are men aged 18 to 25 with a criminal past."

Latvian Prime Minister Andris Kulbergs tells #EuropeToday that Belarusian migrants attempting to cross into Latvia are part of Russia’s campaign to destabilise the country.

Kulbergs accused Russian President Putin of doing this to Latvia because "he’s losing in Ukraine."
