Following the death of Kris Jenner’s mom Mary Jo “MJ” Shannon, Khloe Kardashian shared the promise her grandmother made regarding the late Robert Kardashian. “I know Heaven welcomed you with open arms, surrounded by everyone who has been waiting to see you again,” Khloe captioned a July 19 Instagram post. “And I know you kept your promise, telling my daddy just how deeply we love him and how much we miss him.” Robert died in 2003, when Khloe—the second youngest of his and Kris’ four children—was only 19. But in addition to detailing MJ’s promise to pass a message to Robert, Khloe also reflected on the legacy her grandmother leaves behind.
