Scars of one in all Spain’s deadliest-ever wildfires | DW News

Emergency officials in southern Spain say the conditions of a fast-moving wildfire that has killed at least 12 people have improved. But authorities fear the death toll could rise as 23 remain unaccounted for. The blaze in the popular holiday province of Almeria broke out late Thursday and is one of Spain’s deadliest on record.
