Trump Says US-Iran Ceasefire Is ‘Over’ After Strikes | The Pulse 7/8/2026
US President Donald Trump said his tentative ceasefire with Iran is done, raising the prospect of a renewed military conflict between the two countries.
Stocks fell and oil has jumped on Trump’s comments. Brent futures added more than 5% in London, while West Texas Intermediate also leaped higher.
Meanwhile Trump also once again called for an end to trade with Spain, citing its lack of support for the war in Iran and what he described as its failure to meet NATO commitments.
