Explosions rocked Damascus as France’s President Emmanuel Macron met with Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa. Syria’s Interior Ministry said that at least 18 people have been wounded. The blasts occurred near the Four Seasons Hotel, where Macron is reportedly staying. French officials said Macron is safe and his meeting with al-Sharaa took place as scheduled.
