Russia launched a major overnight aerial attack on Kyiv, killing several people and injuring dozens more. Russia’s intensified attacks come as Ukraine’s own drone campaign against Russian military sites and energy facilities has caused fuel shortages and disrupted supply lines there. Ukraine says the goal is to take the war to Russia and to get Vladimir Putin to agree to end the conflict. So despite these latest explosions rocking the Ukrainain capital, has something shifted in this long grinding war? Does Ukraine have the momentum?
