Israel intensifies strikes in Lebanon as Hezbollah retaliates | DW News
Israel is expanding its offensive in southern Lebanon, pushing beyond a self-declared buffer zone and intensifying strikes against Hezbollah positions. Hezbollah, in turn, says it is targeting Israeli forces with drones, rockets and artillery as fighting continues along the border. The escalation is raising new concerns about stability in the region — especially as uncertainty surrounds diplomatic efforts linked to Iran.
