On May 13, Billy Ray posted a video of himself performing his 2007 ballad “Ready, Set, Don’t Go.” The song holds special meaning for the former couple, as Billy Ray originally wrote it about watching daughter Miley Cyrus leave home to pursue her dreams during her Hannah Montana era. In the touching caption shared to X, Billy Ray wished Tish “peace, love, and happiness.” Billy Ray and Tish finalized their divorce in 2022 after decades together and share kids Brandi, Trace, Miley, Braison and Noah Cyrus. Since their split, Tish married actor Dominic Purcell in 2023. Billy Ray later married Firerose, though the pair split in 2024. He has since moved on with actress Elizabeth Hurley, debuting their romance in 2025.
