Why MGK Is Banned From TSA PreCheck | E! News
Machine Gun Kelly revealed why he can’t use TSA PreCheck, explaining that it stems from a trip to New Zealand several years ago when he was found in possession of drugs. “I got caught with cocaine on the way back from New Zealand last time I was out here,” MGK confessed on the April 22 episode of ‘Take Flight.’ "Traveling was difficult because I have a level one narcotics possession or whatever.” As such, the 36-year-old (real name Colson Baker) had trouble getting visas to travel to Australia, saying he wasn’t able to go Down Under for eight years because he believed the statute of limitations lasted 10 years. Plus, MGK—who welcomed daughter Saga Blade with Megan Fox last year—confessed he’s still not able to get priority security screenings at airports because of his drug record. “I still don’t get [TSA] PreCheck or Global Entry or any of that fast stuff in the airport,” MGK added.
