How Demi Lovato, Husband Jutes Stay Connected While He’s on Tour | E! News

Demi Lovato and Jutes wanna get back to each other. Although the “Sleepyhead” singer (real name Jordan Lutes) is thrilled to be embarking on a European tour in May and a subsequent North America tour in August, he admitted it will be hard to spend his first wedding anniversary away from his wife as she kicks off her own tour later this month. “It’s one of those things where we get sad when we talk about it,” Jutes admitted in an exclusive E! News interview. “So we’re like, ‘We won’t think about it yet.’ It’s gonna be tough, there’s no way around that.” The 35-year-old—who tied the knot with Demi last May—shared his hopes that this type of scheduling conflict never occurs again, noting it “really sucks.” Of course, there is plenty for Jutes to look forward to about his upcoming time on the road. The Canadian musician just put out his latest single “Disassociate” March 25, and he’s excited to play it, as well as other music from his last two albums, live when his European tour kicks off May 2. And in August, he’ll head out again for the North American leg, coined ‘Smile You’re On Tour,’ which he noted is the “biggest thing” he’s ever done.
