‘I’m Confused’: Trump-Friendly Podcast Bros ‘Can’t Believe’ We’re At War With Iran
There wasn’t any MAGA-friendly spin for two MAGA-friendly podcasters.
On Thursday’s episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast, Joe Rogan and his guest, comedian and fellow bro podcaster Theo Von, gave their unfiltered opinions about the war in Iran — and they weren’t positive at all.

“What do you think is gonna happen?” Von, who looked a bit anxious, asked Rogan. “You think we’re gonna be OK?”
“I hope so, of course. I don’t know,” Rogan responded. “I’m confused. I can’t believe we went to this war. When we started bombing Iran, I was like, ‘This can’t be true.’”
Von then brought up Israel’s ongoing invasion of its northern neighbor, Lebanon. Late last month, Israel’s defense minister said that “all houses” in Lebanese villages near the border will be “destroyed” until northern Israel is secure from the Iran-backed Hezbollah.
“And what about Lebanon, now?” Von said. “And it’s like, just fucking stop it. What do you need?”
“Well, they’re trying, supposedly, they’re trying to stop the terrorists,” Rogan answered.
Von burst out in frustrated laughter.
“That’s crazy, though,” Von said. “If you’re the fucking terrorist! You know what I’m saying? Like, if you wanna stop them, fucking stand in front of the fucking mirror, and start there.”
“But also, what do I know?” Von continued, looking completely at a loss. “But it’s just all like, fuck, there’s gotta be some way we’re better than this.”
Both Von and Rogan were quickly distracted after this by Rogan’s producer offering information about Bryon Noem, the husband of former Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, and his fetish scandal.
On Wednesday, President Donald Trump addressed the nation about the war in Iran, and didn’t offer any specific information about when the conflict would end or how he plans to conclude it. Instead of offering any kind of timeline, he spouted off the lengths of several other wars.
