Bill Ackman Plans Pershing Square IPO

Bill Ackman is returning to the IPO market with a plan to raise up to $7 billion through a closed-end fund called Pershing Square USA, which would also give investors stakes in Pershing Square Inc., his alternative asset management firm, according to filings with the SEC.
