After anti-corruption youth protests toppled the last government in the Himalayan nation of Nepal, it’s heading to elections on March 5. While this contest is seen as a battle of Gen Z vs the old guard, the results could influence which of the country’s two massive neighbours holds more sway there, as China and India battle for geopolitical dominance in the region. Why does Nepal matter to much to its giant neighbours? And which way will it jump?
