Donald Trump has claimed the US is "bigger, better, richer and stronger than ever" in his first annual State of the Union address in his second term as President. Trump also used the address to lay out his midterm agenda, including continued immigration crackdowns, slashing of the federal government and maintaining broad tariffs on foreign trading partners. The President’s bullish behaviour comes amid low opinion poll ratings and mounting challenges at home and abroad.
