Against US Supreme Court ruling: Trump raises worldwide tariffs from 10 to fifteen% | DW News

In the United States. President Donald Trump says he’s raising a new tariff on imports from all of America’s global trading partners from 10 to 15%.

Trump announced the new levy in response to a US Supreme Court ruling striking down most of his previous trade tariffs. Justices ruled they were imposed illegally. But the president insists the new 15% tariff has been legally tested.
