After the choreography for Hilary Duff’s 2007 single “With Love” went viral, the ‘Lizzie McGuire’ star shared how she was able to come around to being an internet meme. The singer told Glamour in an interview published Feb. 17, “That has not been a fun thing to follow me around. Didn’t want to be there, doing this dance that I probably didn’t want to be doing, and didn’t feel good at the time.” The dance—which Hilary performed several times in 2007, including on both ‘The Tonight Show’ and ‘The Today Show’—went viral in 2021, seeing fans recreate its slightly low-energy, simple choreography in their own social media videos.
